STEAM BOILER
Artı Kazan manufactures high-efficiency, safe and long-lasting liquid and gas fired steam boilers for industrial plants. Thanks to process continuity, low fuel consumption and automatic control, these systems are among the most preferred solutions in modern industry. Our boilers are manufactured in accordance with EN 12953, with high efficiency and safety as priorities.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Scotch-Type Three-Pass Design: The three-pass fire-tube design raises combustion efficiency, maximises heat transfer and ensures stable steam generation.
- Gas & Liquid Fuel Flexibility: Models run on natural gas, LPG, fuel-oil or diesel and can be equipped with an optional dual-fuel (gas + liquid) system for full flexibility.
- EN 12953 Compliant Manufacturing: Engineering-led design in line with international standards ensures high safety and long service life.

- Low emissions, environmentally friendly operation and high combustion efficiency (90 %+)
- Fully automatic operation and low maintenance requirements
- Quiet and stable operation; fuel: natural gas / LPG
- Modulating burner and PLC / fully automatic control system
- Capacity: 100 kg/h – 20,000 kg/h | Pressure: 3 – 16 bar (higher on request)
LIQUID FIRED STEAM BOILERS
- High heat output and strong combustion performance
- Stable operation in demanding conditions; a strong solution where there is no gas supply
- Efficient at large capacities; fuel: fuel oil, diesel
- Pressure-atomising burner and automatic control systems

- Burner matched to capacity and modulating combustion technology
- Low emissions through optimised air-fuel ratio
